I shall always regret that Mahatma Gandhi died before he had an opportunity to appear before the United Nations. It would, indeed, have been a time to remember-Gandhi, dressed in his simple way, disdaining ambition and affectation, quietly reminding the nations of the world that humanity is indivisible and that settle our differences we must.
